These would Posted Image seem to demand a high amount of ankle flexibility and lengthened achilles/soleus. I don t mean to scare anyone away, but be wary of TMTS when putting miles on a sole with a firm forefoot and low drop soft heel.

The fundamental point that you raise it s often the shoes themselves, and the athletes pressure pattern in them versus the unshod runner s natural gait is unquestionably seen in the video of yourself running barefoot and with VFFs versus several of the other neutral shoes.

Nike Air Max 2016 Femme Pas Cher Awesome, glad they re working out! I just got the new Motion s with the 5-lug arrangement, looking forward to trying them out as the shoe feels a bit like the Energy.

So, on my next run I swapped out the included insole for a thin, flat Skechers GoRun insole and the shoe was transformed to the point where I would say that if I were running a marathon this Fall I d almost certainly choose the Energy for the race. It s a perfect match for my stride over long distances.

Thanks for Nike Air Max 90 Femme such a great post! We certainly have not heard much about rear foot pronation in the minimalist running movement, although I ve heard plenty about it from various podiatrists (I am a flat-footed runner with a large bunion).

Thanks. This is what I was worried about. It totally looks rockered in the picture. And people have been saying the rockered aspect of the Go Run makes it feel really awkward when walking (although not so much when running). So it Nike Free Run 5.0 Femme feels flat whether you re walking, running, or just standing?
